I was looking on pvx for a feather farming build. I remembered there used to be a pretty good dervish feather farming build for seitung harbor. I decided that I would try to make my own feather farming build that would work better and be easier.

Vow of Strength
Mirage Cloak
Sand Shards
Vital Boon
Mystic Regeneration
(Optional)
Victorious Sweep
Zealous Sweep

Attributes:
12 Scythe Mastery
12 Earth Prayers
3 Mysticism

Equipment:
Zealous Scythe of Enchanting

Usage:
Cast Vital Boon and Mystic Regeneration before aggroing the Sensali.
Once they've been aggroed and they begin to group around you, cast mirage cloak > Sand Shards > Vow Of Strength
Spike them down with Victorious Sweep and Zealous Sweep
Pick up drops and repeat
Do not bother fighting the Yetis. Try to avoid them

Its a fairly simple build and works well in my opinion. On average, I've gotten around 70 feathers per run. A run is 15 minutes and can cover a large area of Seitung Harbor. Its probably not the fastest or most efficient, but its good for those who like playing dervishes and i've found it to be somewhat fun.

You can use the http://www.gwpvx.com/Build

/any_VoS_Smite_Farmer on PvXwiki to farm feathers. It's pretty much the same as the build you're using. Bring Fleeting Stability and Eremite's Attack; groups will die immediately after eremites and a second copy of sand shards. You can speed it up by bring shadowsteps, possibly whirlwind attack, or tanking skills to grab two groups at once.

lol i was using pvx.wikia to look at builds, no wonder i didnt see that
